I couldn’t decide between the black or the white shirt.
It’s my 7th Anniversary today. My Andyversary. Heh. We’ve been married for seven years and have been together for over ten. We were both so young when we met and incredibly dramatic, and now we’re friggin’ adults with kids and still incredibly dramatic. He loves to make me laugh and I love to do my sexy dance for him (it involves jerky motions and an excessive overbite). I can’t imagine my life without him. He’s my best friend, my love, and my life. I’m so lucky to have him.
My sister Bethany took this picture back in 2001? 2002? Somewhere around there. Look at those baby faces. ELECTRIC YOUTH. I put our names on the side of the picture just in case we forgot them.
I love you, Andy!

I love lamppost. I love posts about lampposts. Seriously though, lampposts are the shit. I need one in my front yard tout de suite (pardon my French).
Andy and I took the boys to the park to wear them out before nap time. The weather was GLORIOUS. But, since it’s Portland, I loaded the stroller up with sweaters for all of us in case the sky opened. You never know. Andy took a buttload of pictures of me, which mostly turned out horrible.
But check out my guys!
My precious firstborn Z. Check out all that pocket action! I have…no idea what he’s yelling at.
Mad, who is getting so big that I’m starting to think about having another one sooner rather than later!
Andy has been rocking Spam shirts since high school. I’m pretty sure that Spam was his nickname at some point. I need to find some more for him as this one is getting kind of ratty.
Aaaand here’s one last shot of me under the gorgeous St. John’s bridge.
Shoes: Pink Studio
Here’s an outfit from earlier in the week. I needed a new pair of black flats and these Pink Studios fit the bill. They were on sale, simple and cute so I went for it. Alas, my heels are now killing me. The leather gathers at the back and even well-placed band-aids didn’t help. I hope they stretch because NOT COOL. Who would’ve guessed that my heels are the more comfortable lot? IRONY.

I decided to put my skirt on the outside of the dress this time, was pretty pleased with the result. I really love the pattern of this dress and of course the epaulets.
I bought a new dress at Buffalo Exchange (and some pants, but those won’t debut until the fall/winter) and I love it so much! Can’t wait to wear it, but have to have a couple of buttons replaced first.

What's that down there? Oh, my self respect! Been looking for that.
I’ve been wanting to post pictures of my outfits lately since I recently bought a Joby and have been experimenting with it nonstop. I’m not very good at the whole modeling-without-looking-like-a-major-dorkwad yet, but I’ve got high hopes for the future!
