Nice and threesy

Scarf: Husband’s. Necklaces: Pyrrha, exex. Belt: Fossil.

Day Three.  You could say that I’m three times a lady. Although this jumper and these saddle shoes make me feel like a school girl.

Down down baby, down by the roller coaster, Sweet sweet baby, I’ll never let you go,
Shimmy shimmy cocoa pops, Shimmy shimmy pow!
Shimmy shimmy cocoa pops, Shimmy shimmy pow!
Gramma gramma, sick in bed,
Called the doctor and the doctor said,
Let’s get the rhythm of the head – ding dong
Let’s get the rhythm of the head – ding dong
Let’s get the rhythm of the hands – clap, clap
Let’s get the rhythm of the hands – clap, clap
Let’s get the rhythm of the feet – stomp, stomp
Let’s get the rhythm of the feet – stomp, stomp
Let’s get the rhythm of the – hot dog
Let’s get the rhythm of the – hot dog!
Put it all together and what do you get?
Ding dong, clap clap, stomp stomp, hot dog!
Put it all backward and what do you get?
Hot dog, stomp stomp, clap clap, ding dong!

*shakes head* Where was I?

Oh, right. Third outfit.  Very cozy and comfortable, thinking I should’ve doubled up on the tights because it is chilly out there! But! I’m glad the sun is out.

Hope everyone is having a great Wednesday!

Hat: Porch Light

Shirt: J. Crew

Vest: Old Navy

Pants: Express

Shoes: Doc Martens

Necklaces: exex, Pyrrha, self-made

Porch Light is the most jamazing, fantasmic, splindiferous store that ever did exist. It’s on par with Anthropologie for me. Indeed, it is heaven. Have you ever walked into a store and your brain melted because of all the things? All of the pretty, pretty things? I want everything inside of it. Everything. From the aprons to the armoires to the knickknacks to the jewelry. Well, maybe not the jewelry, I am very particular about my jewelry: I don’t like a lot of fuss. But anyway, PORCH LIGHT. I bought two hats there this weekend and I need to stay away lest I buy THE WHOLE STORE.

You know what this outfit needs? A bow tie. It’s on the list now. Bow tie. Monocle. Pocket watch. Suspenders.

I love lamp(post).

Dress: Anthropologie

Sandals: Pink Studio

Necklace: exex

I love lamppost. I love posts about lampposts. Seriously though, lampposts are the shit. I need one in my front yard tout de suite (pardon my French).

Andy and I took the boys to the park to wear them out before nap time. The weather was GLORIOUS. But, since it’s Portland, I loaded the stroller up with sweaters for all of us in case the sky opened. You never know. Andy took a buttload of pictures of me, which mostly turned out horrible.

But check out my guys!

My precious firstborn Z. Check out all that pocket action! I have…no idea what he’s yelling at.

Mad, who is getting so big that I’m starting to think about having another one sooner rather than later!

Andy has been rocking Spam shirts since high school. I’m pretty sure that Spam was his nickname at some point. I need to find some more for him as this one is getting kind of ratty.

Aaaand here’s one last shot of me under the gorgeous St. John’s bridge.

What’s up Sailor?

Shirt: Anthropologie

Pants: Buffalo Exchange (J. Crew)

Heels: Franco Sarto

Necklaces: exex, Pyrrha*

Earrings: Something Silver (can’t remember brand)*

I haven’t worn these shoes in ages. I get in rotations, there was a period several years back where I couldn’t get enough of Franco Sarto. I bought like five pairs in a short period of time, and all in in a different color: black, brown, cream, red, and blue. Now they just sit in my closet, I should break them back in again.

*If you click on the picture twice, you should be able to see them closer up.

Flower Power

Shirt: Target

Skirt: Fossil

Belt: Bombshell Vintage

Sandals: Pink Studio

Necklace: exex

This is what happens when I have my husband take pictures for me. I get completely flustered and embarrassed and start making silly faces and poses. Augh! My husband rarely ever gets good shots of me, I’m either making beaver teeth or looking like a deer in headlights.

Anyway: I adore this necklace! I got it from Something Silver, and they were having a huge sale on all exex items, 75% off I think. And the prices were still 50 bucks or higher. But I saw this necklace (should’ve gotten the bracelet too!) and although it was chunkier than I was used to, it was seriously calling my name. That, and my birthday money was burning a hole in my pocket. One of the best purchases I’ve made, so glad I took a chance!
